Space is still available for local residents who would like to “Explore the Amazon” during a Wilmette Public Library-sponsored field trip to The Field Museum on May 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Participants will explore the
Museum’s new exhibition that immerses visitors in adventures with scientists who promote conservation from South America to Chicago. The $25 fee includes bus
transportation to and from the library, admission, and lunch. Register at the library's Recent Arrivals Desk; payment is due upon registration.
