The Elder Journey: How to Plan for the Changing Needs of Seniors in the 21st Century with Attorney Marty Fogarty. Marty Fogarty sees law as a reflection of life. With each of life’s changes and transitions, the law—or its application—must change. Many of us have loved ones going through long-term health care transitions. This presentation will provide practical ways to help you manage and plan for these transitions.
