Matter of Balance (CJE SeniorLife’s Spring 2012 Transition to Wellness Educational Series)

Improve your balance with light targeted exercise and interactive discussion. Join CJE SeniorLife’s Andrea Kaplan, R.N. from its Center for Healthy Living, in this 7-week series to learn falls risk prevention strategies and improve your balance through a targeted, light exercise program with a curriculum developed by Boston University’s Rybal Center.

Beginning June 19, the 7-week series continues until July 31. Tuesdays, 10 to 11:30 a.m. $40 per person for the series. Weinberg Community for Senior Living (Gidwitz Place Social Hall), 1551 Lake Cook Road, Deerfield. Space is limited, reservations are recommended. A minimum number of participants is required for each session. Light refreshments to follow each presentation.
