Robert W. Blodgett was husband of Marion Blodgett nee Nelch; father of Christopher (Jenifer) Blodgett, Sara G. Blodgett, Carolyn M. (Scott) Brooks and Kathrine M. Schroder; and grandfather of Ryan, Taylor and Trevor Brooks, Jacqueline, Abbey and Seth Schroder.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1 at Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 2 at Saint Francis Xavier Church.
