A DUI arrest helped Wilmette Police find a suspect in a retail theft at Walgreens.

10. Wilmette Blotter: $3,000 Bike Stolen, Theft at Centennial Pool, Wilmette Recreation Center

A racing bike valued at $3,000 was stolen from an unlocked garage in the 1600 block of Spencer Avenue. Wilmette police recently reported that six unlocked garages were burgled over two days.
