Evening Storm Leaves Few Wilmettans Without Power
Meanwhile no Kenilworth residents had power outages from Thursday night's storm.
Roughly 30 Wilmettans and no Kenilworth residents were without power Friday as a result of last night's storms, Wilmette Life reports.
Thursday evening's hail storm and heavy rain largely bypassed the area, with no major damage occurring in either municipality.
Wilmette and Kenilworth are not stranger to outages. Last week’s severe storms caused more than 267,000 outages in the ComEd’d Northern region and a little more than 1,300 in the area.
