Three 17-year-olds were arrested after police stopped the car they were in for speeding at 11:20 p.m. March 3 in the 400 block of Green Bay Road. The driver was charged with DUI and both passengers were cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor. One passenger fled the car, but was caught after a short foot chase. He was also cited for resisting a police officer.
