On April 1, the Illinois State Poetry Society kicked off Poetry Month by showcasing its members' work in public libraries across the state, including Wilmette. To close the celebration, Wilmette-Kenilworth Patch is featuring work from local artist, Bunny.

About this column: Starting April 8, Wilmette-Kenilworth Patch will be featuring works every Friday from local artists to celebrate Poetry Month. The works showcase members of the Illinois State Poetry Society, which is also hosting a display at the Wilmette Public Library.
