Wilmette Man Charged with DUI, Three Counts of Child Endangerment
From identity theft to a warrant arrest for failure to appear on a trespass arrest, here are the latest reports from Wilmette Police Department.

Identity Theft
A resident in the 500 block of Linden Street reported that someone opened a Comcast account in his name in California between October and December. The resident told police he was contacted by a collection agency as the cable bill was past due and he owed more than $1,000.
DUI
Jonathan S. Fellman, 42, of 1261 21st St., Wilmette, was arrested following a traffic stop at Sheridan and Oxford roads on Dec. 21. Fellman was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, driving without valid prrof of insurance, driving with a blood alcohol content level over .08 and three counts of child endangerment. Police said Fellman was intoxicated and was also driving with his wife and three minor children at the time and the Department of Children and Family Services was notified.
David Malcom Waring, 18, of 611 9th St., Wilmette, was charged Dec. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol after police responded to a noise complaint in the parking lot of the First Presbyterian Church, 600 9th Street. Police found Waring sitting in the driver’s seat with the engine running and music playing. Waring was also found to have a blood alcohol content level of .169, police said. He was processed and later released on an I-bond.
Warrant Arrest
Frank Carter Jr., 56, of 1458 S. Canal, Chicago, was arrested Dec. 17 on a warrant out of Chicago for failure to appear on a trespass arrest following a well being check at the Linden CTA Station, 349 Linden Ave. Carter Jr., was placed in a holding cell to wait for bond court in the morning.
Traffic Arrests
Juan A. Rodriguez, 28, of 3412 W. Foster, Chicago, was charged with felony charges following traffic stop in the 3700 block of Lave Avenue on Dec. 23. Police reports say Rodriguez’s driver’s license was revoked and had three previous convictions for driving without license or registration.
Dayanara Garcia, 38, of 7761 N. Sheridan Rd., Chicago, was stopped for a minor traffic violation on Dec. 23 and police later found that her driver’s license was suspended. She was later released on bond.
Amber Marie Signore, 23, of 2209 Talman, Chicago, was stopped at Lake and 16th Street for traffic violations on Dec. 12. Police found Signore had a suspended driver’s license for a previous DUI.
