Wilmette Home Sales in July
44 single family homes sold in Wilmette in July. That is a solid number of sales, but down some from June the peak month of the year which saw 57 sales. Sales prices ranged from $225,000 to $2,825,000 with the median being $600,000. 30 homes went under contract in July which shows the market is having a typical seasonal slow down after experiencing a strong spring market. The number of homes going under contract peaked in April at 56, and then has declined some with each subsequent month. August is usually one of the slowest months of the year, but there should be some pick up in September and October. Below are July’s sales:
