  Hellmann. With ten novels and twenty short stories&nbsp\;published\, sh
 e has written thrillers\, suspense mysteries\, PI&nbsp\;novels\, amateur
  sleuth\, police procedurals and even a cozy&nbsp\;mystery. At the core 
 of all her stories\, however\, is a crime or&nbsp\;the possibility of on
 e &ndash\; the more political\, the better. Libby&nbsp\;is a transplant 
 from Washington\, D.C.\, and started her&nbsp\;career in broadcast news.
  She worked with Robin McNeil&nbsp\;and Jim Lehrer at N-PACT\, the publi
 c affairs production&nbsp\;arm of PBS. She currently lives on the North 
 Shore and&nbsp\;many of her novels are set here as well. Her new novel\,
  A&nbsp\;BITTER VEIL\, is being released in April\, 2012. A literary&nbs
 p\;thriller and love story\, it&rsquo\;s set in revolutionary Iran durin
 g&nbsp\;the late &lsquo\;70s. Light refreshments will be served.&nbsp\;T
