Free Introductory Session Friday, June 29 from 10:30 to 11:30 am at Ardent Counseling Center, 2550 Crawford (at Central), Evanston, IL  60201.  Group will meet every Friday starting July 13 through August 24, 2012 from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
Group is open to women who are (or will be) mothers or caregivers.  Each 1-hour group session is structured to include mindfulness exercises, check-ins, activities designed around the core therapeutic processes of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and time for discussion.  Cost is $40 per session; most major insurance accepted. https://www.facebook.com/GreatMomsTherapyGroup
