 gram provides an environment in which each child can be a seeker of pers

 gical knowledge from diverse and dynamic traditions\;\n&bull\;A reverenc
 e for and joy in life\;\n&bull\;A strong sense of community which respec
 ts individual differences\;\n&bull\;A strong sense of individual respons
 ibility and social responsibility\;&nbsp\;\n&bull\;An understanding that
  one can make a difference through his or her outlook and interactions\,
  one day at a time\; and\n&bull\;A way of thinking and approaching life 
 as a Unitarian Universalist.\nLake Shore Unitarian Society&rsquo\;s reli
 gious education program is guided by the Unitarian Universalist (UU) Cov
 enant and Principles. The program uses curriculum materials developed by
  members of the UU Association as well as other appropriate sources. Par
 ticipants enjoy getting to know new friends as they learn about caring f
 or the world and our environment\, participate in social service project
 s\, and reflect on life.&nbsp\;
