The North Shore Harmonizers present “CELEBRATE! 60 Years of Harmony” at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 21, at Lake Street Church in Evanston.

            Celebrating its 60^th-anniversary year, this independent women's a cappella chorus in the barbershop tradition, will perform a lively concert with songs from Broadway, ’60s chart toppers, and other pop favorites. In addition, guest artists John Blegen and His Rhythm Kings, a Dixieland combo, will share the stage.

            Tickets for the North Shore Harmonizers concert are $15 in advance, $20 at the door, children age 12 and under are free.             The North Shore Harmonizers perform at their own public concerts, at special and holiday programs for Chicago-area community and senior-citizen groups throughout the year, and at farmers' markets during the summer.
