DESCRIPTION:Wilmette\, Ill.&nbsp\;&ndash\;The Rotary Club of Wilmette Har
 bor is sponsoring a food drive for the New Trier Township Food Pantry on
  Saturday\, Nov. 10 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Jewel-Osco grocery 
 store\,&nbsp\;411 Green Bay Road.\nRotarians plan to supply shoppers wit
 h a wish list of basic items needed for the New Trier Township Food Pant
 ry to support local residents in need. Shoppers can simply pick up a few
  needed items as they complete their shopping and drop them off on their
  way out of the store\, said Wilmette Harbor Rotarian Abbey Romanek\, or
 ganizer of the food drive. The Wilmette Harbor Rotarians will collect th
 e supplies and take them to the Pantry at the end of the day\, she said.

 ager to help out their neighbors\,&rdquo\; said Romanek of Wilmette. &ld
 quo\;By just asking shoppers to pick up a few extra items\, we hope to m

 Pantry provides food and basic necessities to people in need in New Trie
 r Township. Established in 1965\, the New Trier Township Food Pantry ser
 ves as a bridge between those who have the ability to give and those who
  are in need. Through volunteer efforts the shelves are stocked with a v
 ariety of canned and packaged food\, frozen foods\, useful paper goods\,
  and toiletry items for all ages. The Food Pantry is open to qualified r
 esidents of New Trier Township\, which includes the villages of Wilmette
 \, Kenilworth\, Winnetka\, and Glencoe\, plus portions of Glenview and N
