Actors Training Center Presents 'Little Women: The Musical'

The Actors Training Center (ATC) at The Wilmette Theater presents “Little Women: The Musical,” part of ATC’s “Little Series,” for a four-performance run beginning February 8th through February 16th at The Wilmette Theater, 1122 Central Ave., Wilmette. This is the first of three performances from the “Little Series,” followed by “The Little Mermaid: The Musical” and concluding with “A Little Princess: The Musical.”

“Little Women: The Musical” is the stage adaptation of the American classic novel by Louisa May Alcott. “Little Women” tells the story of the remarkable March family and their enduring strength during a time of war. With themes of love, loss, compassion, gender roles, and growing up, “Little Women” is a timeless story that has something that everyone can relate to. Now, this wonderful narrative has been brought to life as an exhilarating new musical filled with glorious music, dancing and heart. “Little Women” embodies the complete theatrical experience, guaranteeing a night filled with laughter, tears, and a lifting of the spirit. This powerful score soars with the sounds of personal discovery, heartache and hope — the sounds of a young America finding its voice.

“This is an all time favorite of mine and my three daughters,” said Carole Dibo, ATC founder and artistic director. “It's a perfect show for mothers and their daughters.”
