CJE SeniorLife Hosts 'Transition to Wellness' Educational Series on Positive Aging for Professionals & Consumers

Professionals and consumers are invited to attend CJE SeniorLife’s free ‘Transition to Wellness’ educational series in Deerfield throughout October. Learn more about heart health, advanced directives, the revolution of rehab care and how to plan ahead to make your money last through presentations from experts in the field of aging.

All programs will take place at Weinberg Community for Senior Living, located at 1551 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, and are free of charge and open to the public. Social workers and nurses attending these educational sessions are eligible for 1.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or contact hours for each program.

You and Your Heart Health: It Does Matter
