Dinner at Eight, 1167 Wilmette Ave., is helping everyone bring summer into their kitchen.
The store, which also sells dishes, tabletop wares and other decorative items, has released its list of Summer Cooking Classes.
The classes, which are held on Saturday mornings, are taught by Mary Jo McMillin. McMillin teaches the students by preparing the entire meal (typically consisting of 4 dishes) in front of them, answering questions as she goes along. At the end of the class, everyone is served a full lunch.
Upcoming classes will teach students to make everything from watermelon and feta salad to rice and cheese stuffed zucchini.
