Steve Bogira, author of Courtroom 302, will give an inside picture of the country’s busiest criminal courthouse when he discusses “Criminal Courts, Chicago Style.” Mr. Bogira has written for the Chicago Tribune and the Chicago Reader and is now the Reader’s political editor.
