Store staff will be providing shoppers with samples of other Thanksgiving delectables, including the its own cranberry relish, stuffing, giblet gravy, butternut squash, and pumpkin pie, among other favorites.

The store will feature turkey carving demonstrations on the half-hour. At this time, staff will also be taking orders for fresh, HoKa turkeys.

Because Thanksgiving is all about giving, Grand Food Center encourages its shoppers to donate canned foods and other non-perishable items to benefit the New Trier Township Food Pantry. As part of its goodwill, the North Shore grocer will match each donation made to the local food pantry.

The event will include a Thanksgiving cookie decorating station for the kids, as well as in-store promotions and raffles. A classical duet will also be on hand to entertain shoppers with holiday musical selections.
