Titled “Party with Taste” the event is a fun, casual gathering featuring the food of local caterers. This year guests will mingle while they sample the wares of A La Carte, Catered By Design, Depot Nuevo & The Noodle Café, Donna Goodman Events, Jeannie B’s Festive Catering, Jerry’s & Corner Cooks, The Grand Food Center, and Sweet Miss Giving’s. North Shore Community Bank & Trust is a partial underwriter.
Unlike other fundraisers, there are no set tables. Instead, at the Taste of Autumn, guests sample food and wine, chat with the caterers and each other, and visit the auction table throughout the night. The event will run from 6 PM to 9 PM. Tickets are $75 in advance, $80 at the door. Over 200 guests are expected.

The historic Mallinckrodt Convent Chapel condominium is the site of a never before offered silent auction package, consisting of a cocktail party and tour of the fabulous 4,000+ square foot, respectfully designed private home.
Additionally, two exciting new twists to the evening include a Split-the–Pot-Raffle offering the opportunity to win 50% of the cash pot and a ”Share the Care” Giving Tree, whereby guests support WEX while potentially winning a year’s worth of free classes! Proceeds of the evening will likely exceed $50,000.
The Women’s Exchange provides programs in a supportive environment for all women to share ideas and information, to learn, to grow, to build relationships, and to have fun. Everyone is welcome as it is not a membership organization! You’ll find women from throughout the North Shore and beyond. Everyone comes out to support “WEX” in this once-a-year fun fundraising event.
