Last Chance: 'The Artist' Ends its Run at The Wilmette Theatre

Our new 'Last Chance' feature lets you know about important upcoming deadlines.

Movie lovers, take note: This is the last week to catch The Artist at .

Harkening back to the transition from silent films to talkies, the mostly silent, black-and-white film won five Oscars, including the awards for Best Picture, Director, Actor and Original Score. There's no date set yet for a DVD release, so if you miss it this week, you'll be waiting for a while.

The film runs at 2:30, 4:45 and 7:15 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 4:45 and 7:15 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Tickets are $6.25-$8.50.

Thanks! This is a useful new feature - I'm going to try to get in a visit to the theater tomorrow now that I know it's one of my last chances.

I'm so glad you found this useful. Let me know what you think of the film. I love it and I really think it's best seen on a big screen.
