Contest: Share Your Patch Love

It’s Valentine’s Day and we know you’ve got people in your life who you are showering with love today. But Wilmette-Kenilworth Patch doesn’t want to get left out of the fun.

In the past year and a half, we’ve been overwhelmed by the love and support our regular readers show us. Today we’re asking that you spread that love around. To sweeten the deal, we’re offering a prize.

Here’s how it works 

We want you to get your friends, family and neighbors to “like” Wilmette-Kenilworth Patch's Facebook page. The first person who refers 14 new likes to us, wins a $25 gift card, which was graciously donated by . 

We’ll track this in the comments section of this article. So tell your friends to like our Facebook page and then come to this article and write, “______ told me to like you,” in a comment. (Be sure they use your name so you get the credit. And if your friend’s Patch screen name differs from their Facebook name, make sure they let us know so we can count them correctly.) The first person to rack up 14 of those referrals — we’ll check against our Facebook data — wins! And if you haven’t liked our Facebook page yet, go ahead and do so, let us know in the comments, and you’ve already scored your first of 14 points.

• The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia who are 18 and older.
• All entries must be received by 12 a.m. Feb. 20, Central Time.
• You may enter once.
