Upscale Dining Coming to the New Trier Township

Guildhall will open its doors in Glencoe on March 19, and features a wide array of traditional favorites with unique twists.

Those looking for a sophisticated night out won't have to go much further than Glencoe as of March 19, when Guildhall Restaurant opens its doors.

Under the leadership of General Manager Phil Marienthal and Executive Chef Christian Ragano, the restaurant will be serving a locally-sourced menu that changes seasonally, inspired by European flavors. Ragano has perviously worked as a chef at Chicago's NoMI and Tru, and most recently was the executive chef for New York Central in the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

"The restaurant has a metropolitan feel and a menu that is unique to any other dining destination in the area," Marienthal said in a press release. "We want Guildhall to be a place people call their second dining room throughout the week.
