It's no secret that the North Shore is filled with great restaurants — and some of the best are in our own backyard. Here are the top 10 rated restaurants in Wilmette, according to Yelp.
Piero's Pizza was the top-ranked, with 4.5 stars and 25 reviews.
"I have to tell you, Piero's has kind of changed my life recently," Yelp reviewer Robyn B wrote ont he site. " I'm not pregnant and I don't have a tapeworm, but I have craved Piero's the way I imagine vampires crave blood. We have thrown a party to introduce our foodie friends to the best pizza we've experienced in Chicago. It's really that good!"
Reviewer MTML D. said Piero's is almost too good to tell others about.
"Shhhhh. Do not tell anybody about this place. This is definitely one of the hidden gems on the North Shore," they wrote.
Chicago chain Lou Malnati's came in second in Yelp's ranking of the top 10 restaurants in Wilmette
"Best deep dish in Chicago," reviewer Christiana K wrote. "Hands down. There are a few locations scattered throughout the Chicago-land area. This one is take-out or delivery only."
