Gas prices are finally going down for Wilmette drivers.
The average price of gasoline in the Chicago suburbs has dropped by 9 cents in the past week to $3.91 per gallon, the Chicago Tribune reports. The newspaper says moderating crude oil prices are the reason for the drop in price.
As of Monday afternoon, the following gas stations have the lowest prices in Wilmette, according to GasBuddy.com:
- $3.99, Shell, 399 Ridge Rd. S
- $3.99, 7-Eleven, 500 Skokie Blvd,
