Police: Naked Man Reportedly Running Through Gilson Park

The following arrest information was provided by the Wilmette Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Fraud
A Glenview resident reported at the North Shore Community Bank that an unknown offender(s) used his MasterCard online to purchase 15 Google game loft apps between June 13 and June 18, police reports state. The victim has no idea who is responsible and gave no one permission to use his MasterCard.

Criminal Damage
An employee of Fresh Market (located at 3232 Lake Ave.) reported that her vehicle was keyed across the hood on June 17, police reports state. The victim believes that the offender might be another employee that she has been having problems with. 

Disturbance 
Officers responded to a call on the 700 block of Michigan Ave. on June 22 for a report of a male running through Gilson Park naked. The subjects was gone on arrival.

Fraud
A resident on the 1000 block of Michigan Ave. reported that his credit card was used fraudulently while he was out of the country, police reports state. The card had been recovered in an auto burglary investigation on June 14. 

Fraud
A resident on the 800 block of Westwood Ave. reported unauthorized credit card charges on June 20, police reports state. The credit card company believes that her card was skimmed.

Theft
A victim reported that two locked bikes were removed from CTA bike racks at 339 Linden Ave. between June 21 and 22, police reports state. 

Assault, Resisting Arrest

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in Wilmette in which a husband was threatening to kill his wife. The man was combative with police officers and resisted arrest. He was charged with assault and is resisting arrest.
