The IL CHIP
program in Wilmette is sponsored by Wilmette Park Lodge 931 & Grand
Lodge of Ancient Free & Accepted Masons of the State of Illinois. It
is free of charge to parents.
It only takes
10-minutes and supplies parents with a complete child identification package
that can be taken home or carried with the family on vacation. The information
-- most of which is contained on a CD -- is compact and totally private.
Parents keep all of the collected information. Besides the parental permission
form neither the Police nor the IL CHIP program keeps any information.
