Katie Davis Memorial Blood Drive

Come and donate blood at the Katie Davis Memorial Blood Drive on Sunday, November 17th from 7:00am to 1:00pm at Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Avenue, Kenilworth, IL  60043.  Katie Davis was a young lady who grew up in Kenilworth, and was kept alive for many months due to a dedicated group of blood donors.  Katie suffered from a rare form of pediatric cancer, and ultimately lost her battle, but many blood recipients have been given a second chance at life due to blood donations given in her memory.  We continue these drives in her honor, as testament to the power of 20 minutes and a blood donation can have.  Appointments available, walk-ins welcome.  Call Anne Bird for appointment at 312-816-0709.
