Come and learn ballet to experience the expressive beauty of
movement to classical music. Improve your memory, balance, posture,
flexibility, grace, coordination and body strength, as you learn classical
ballet technique and vocabulary with barre and center work. There are no leaps,
jumps or turns to put stress on your joints. This class is for students who
have no or very little ballet experience, who need a slower paced class or
those who would like to brush up on their past ballet experience. Pamela Grout, Instructor
