The core of ARTbody is the Studio Class, an effective 50-minute muscle toning and stretching class. Focus and personal attention are paid to posture, positioning and form, giving you better results and a body that is symmetrical and fit all over! Additional classes offerings are: outdoor Park Workout, ARTbody BOOST!, Stretch & Release, Private and Semi-Private Sessions.
Founded in 2006, ARTbody's classes — a unique approach to fitness, focused on creating a balanced body that is both fit and flexible — are limited to eleven women, so that workouts are tailored to the needs of each individual in
the class.
