Stretch for Teen Athletes

Know a teen athlete or student who is looking for an edge in their sport or studies?

Created by Kaye Honig for the student athlete, Kaye will
help teens reach their athletic and academic goals by teaching about the mind/body
connection. Steeped in classical yoga tradition but given a modern twist;
balance, mental focus, muscle elongation and strength training are incorporated
into this 75-minute class.   All are welcome, no experience necessary.  Please bring a stability ball. Yoga straps are also needed & can be purchased at the studio.  


Wednesday at 6:30pm through November 22

Drop in $25/per class or $220 for 11 week commitment.
