Winter Wellness Expo

Healthcare professionals will be
available to answer questions on a full range of wellness issues at the Winter
Wellness Expo, to be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb 20, at The
Wellness Source, 1245 N. Milwaukee Ave., suite 202, in Glenview, across the
road from Abt Electronics.



 



“Meet doctors and other
healthcare experts and learn about being healthier,” says Candice Kuhnen,
president of ABC Communications and organizer of the Expo. “Do you have a
pinched nerve or varicose veins? Are you interested in new trends in weight
loss – like boxing? Have you been in a car accident? Get answers to your health
and wellness questions.”

The Expo will feature seminars,
exhibits and a raffle with a stay in Aruba as the grand prize. While admission
is free, reservations are suggested (847-903-0793).

Local experts will be available
to discuss such topics as acupuncture, boxing and martial arts, diet and
nutrition, energy healing, fitness equipment, green cleaning, health clubs,
yoga,



holistic dentistry, water
purification, hospital outpatient services, massage, personal training, physical
therapy, skin care and rejuvenation, vein concerns and vision.



 



Seminars will be held from 8-9pm. Their topics include



8:00 - 8:15 PM  The Wellness Source TOPIC: Lifestyle stress,

8:15 - 8:30 PM  It Works! Global
TOPIC: Wrap yourself to better health and see immediate results

The raffle, with combined prizes worth more than $10,000, features a 4 night stay at the Radisson
