In July 2012 there were 30 houses under contract, 22 in July 2013 - a decline of 26.7%
There were 45 closed sales in July of 2012, 44 this July.
Average market time was longer in July 2013, 82 days vs. 70 days in July 2012
The inventory of homes for sale in Wilmette is up 10.1% - 109 on the market in July 2012, 120 for sale in July 2013.

Closed sales were up 200% in July 2013 compared to July 2012. 9 closed sales in 2013, 3 in 2012.
Average market time was down 19.4% - 144 days in July 2012, 116 in July 2013
Average sales price for Kenilworth detached single family homes in July 2013 was $1,351,556, 64.7% higher than in July 2012.
