Treasurer Rutherford had the opportunity to visit the Wilmette Harbor Rotary Club at their breakfast meeting on Wednesday August 28th. While attending Treasurer Rutherford had I-Cash availability, where individuals were able to check their name and see if they have unclaimed property that the state is holding. Rutherford also addressed the crowd and spoke about state finances and the pension crisis in Illinois.
