That represents a very impressive number especially when you consider that there are just over 100 homes on the market that are not under contract. Moreover, the number of sales in April represents about 50% of the current inventory. The number of single family homes that closed in April was 24 and they are listed below. Homes that go under contact generally close about 1 to 2 months later so we should see a large number of closings in June.
