Wilmette Home Sales in May

Home Sales Continue to Show Strength in May

The number of single family homes that went under contract in Wilmette in May was 44.  There were also 44 single family home closings in May.  Even though the number of contracts is down a little from the 52 we saw in April, 44 is still a very good number especially considering the dwindling inventory.  Wilmette currently has less than 100 actively listed homes that are not under contract.  In addition, the number of closings is up sharply from the 24 that occurred in April.  This fits the typical pattern of spring sales leading to summer closings.  In June we will see many closings also.  Listed below are the 44 homes that closed in May.
