Wilmette's January Homes Sales

Wilmette Homes Sales Cooled off a bit in January

January is traditionally the slowest month of the year for home sales and 2013 was no exception.  The market took a pause as just 11 Wilmette single family homes closed this month.  On the other hand, 19 homes went under contract which is good for the first month of the year especially considering the scant inventory.  Here are January’s closings:
