Wilmette's October Homes Sales Up 80 Percent from Last Year

Wilmette had 24 single family home sales in October.

In October, Wilmette had 24 single family home sales.  That is an 80% increase over October of 2011 and a 14% increase over September of 2012.  It was a good month for fall sales.  Fifteen homes went under contract in October so closings will likely slow down in the next couple months.  That is typical during the holiday season.  The median price for October was $491,300.  Below are the October 2012 sales.
