Cell Phone Disappears from Nick's Restaurant Patio

The following arrest information was provided by the Wilmette Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Criminal Damage
School staff at McKenzie School reported that a bike rack at the school was damaged between Sept. 4 and Sept. 6, police reports state. 

Suspended Driver's License
Yovanhi Rojas, 26, of Highwood is being charged with driving with a suspended driver's license after being stopped for traffic violations on Sept. 6, police reports state. 

Possession of Cannabis
David Pracht, 25, of Wilmette was cited for possession of cannabis after a street stop on the 3200 block of Lake Ave., police reports state. 

Burglary
A resident on the 400 block of Sheridan Rd. reported that her car was burglarized while parked in the garage between Sept. 6 and Sept. 7, reports state. The offender(s) took a briefcase and an Apple laptop. 

Theft
A Wilmette resident reported that he was at Nick's Restaurant at an outside table. He reportedly left his cell phone on the table. When he returned back to get it, he found a family sitting there. He asked the waiter about his phone and was told it may have been accidentally thrown in the garbage. He has locked the phone and received two alerts indicating the phone was in Chicago.
