Driver Strikes Parked Car While Under the Influence

Druving Under the Influence, Consumption of Alcohol by Minors

Timothy Dieschbourg, 18, of Glenview, is being charged with driving under the influence and consumption of alcohol by a minor, and Reid D. Fuente, 18, of Waukegan and Marco Aguilar, 18, of Waukegan are being charged with consumption of alcohol by minors, according to Wilmette Police reports. 

Officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Lake St. and Carrie Ann on March 29 for traffic violations. The driver, Dieschbourg, was asked to submit to sobriety tests, which he failed. He was taken into custody and agreed to take a breath test, which showed he had a BAC of .093. He was processed on the DUI and released to his father. The passengers were issued local ordinace citations and were picked up by parents.

Driving Under the Influence

Michael B. Dimeo, 23, of Wilmette is being charged with driving under the influence, according to Wilmette Police reports.

Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on the 500 block of Isabella Ave. at 2:34 a.m. on March 31. Dimeo struck a parked car. It was determined that the driver was under the influence and placed under arrest. He was transported to the station, issued citations and was processed and released. 

Indecent Solicitation of a Minor

Michael Rosenberg, 63, of Wilmette is being charged with indecent solicitation of a minor, according to Wilmette Police reports. He was arrested on the 400 block of Linden Ave. after an Internet investigation where he agreed to meet, provide alcohol and do various sexual acts with what he believed to be a minor girl.
