Fernando Heredia, 21, of Evanston was arrested for theft at 9:05 p.m. March 23 at the Wilmette Police Department after he was found to be in possession of items stolen from two Kenilworth cars.

Driving While License Suspended

Angel Guzman-Zavala, 35, of Chicago was arrested at 4:27 p.m. March 20 in the 400 block of Green Bay Road after he was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be driving with a suspended license.
