Man Charged With Identity Theft
Detectives arrested and charged Cedric Floyd, 46, of the 4100 block of Lincoln Lane, with identity theft and forgery after he allegedly stole a wallet from the Woman's Club at 930 Greenleaf on Feb. 16, according to police.

Joshua R. Thybony, 18, of the 900 block of Elmwood Avenue in Wilmette, was arrested and charged with speeding and reckless driving after he was caught driving 80 miles per hour on Wilmette Avenue, a 30 mile per hour zone, police reported.

A resident of the 2400 block of Lake Street reported that someone made an unauthorized purchase in Texas using her debit card at 10 a.m. Monday, March 18, according to police.
Residents of the 1000 block of Seneca Street reported that someone made eight unauthorized transactions using their debit card number in North Carolina between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Saturday, March 16, according to police.
A 21-year-old resident of the 1900 block of Kenilworth Street reported that someone used his debit card number to deposit $3,600 in fake checks, then withdrew $750 in five separate withdrawals from his bank account, according to police.
