Storm Update: 127 ComEd Customers Without Power in Kenilworth

As of 3:30 p.m. less than half of the original 271 outages in Kenilworth persisted.

As of 3:30 p.m. Tuesday 127 ComEd customers were still without power in Kenilworth, according to Village Manager Brad Burke. Restoration also includes getting a traffic light back on at Kenilworth Avenue and Sheridan Road, Burke said.

Meanwhile the "Village's Public Works Facility was still operating on backup generator," Burke said in an email to Patch.

Originally, 271 customers in the village were without power .
