Wilmette Man Charged with DUI, Three Counts of Child Endangerment

A resident in the 500 block of Linden Street reported that someone opened a Comcast account in his name in California between October and December. The resident told police he was contacted by a collection agency as the cable bill was past due and he owed more than $1,000.

Warrant Arrest

Frank Carter Jr., 56, of 1458 S. Canal, Chicago, was arrested Dec. 17 on a warrant out of Chicago for failure to appear on a trespass arrest following a well being check at the Linden CTA Station, 349 Linden Ave. Carter Jr., was placed in a holding cell to wait for bond court in the morning.

Traffic Arrests

Juan A. Rodriguez, 28, of 3412 W. Foster, Chicago, was charged with felony charges following traffic stop in the 3700 block of Lave Avenue on Dec. 23. Police reports say Rodriguez’s driver’s license was revoked and had three previous convictions for driving without license or registration.

Dayanara Garcia, 38, of 7761 N. Sheridan Rd., Chicago, was stopped for a minor traffic violation on Dec. 23 and police later found that her driver’s license was suspended. She was later released on bond.

Amber Marie Signore, 23, of 2209 Talman, Chicago, was stopped at Lake and 16th Street for traffic violations on Dec. 12. Police found Signore had a suspended driver’s license for a previous DUI.
