Wilmette Police Issue Auto Burglary Alert

Electronic items and musical equipment were taken from two cars near Loyola Academy late this week.

Items were stolen from two unlocked cars located west of Loyola Academy between Thursday night and Friday, according to Wilmette Police.

Both vehicles were in residential driveways, with one in the 3500 block of Walnut Avenue and the other in the 2500 block of Forest Avenue. Electronic items were taken from one car, while a bass guitar and amplifier were taken from the second automobile.
