JcPenney is offering free haircuts to children in kindergarten to 6th grade in August. To check for a salon in your area and to make an appointment, call 855-JCP-KIDS or check JcPenney's website.
For New Trier Township residents, the nearest JcPenney is in Niles at Golf Mill Center.
