Planning for the future for and with a loved one with a disability is an important task, especially as caregivers grow older and life changes.  Brenda Nemeth, LCSW, and Family Bridges Clinician at Jewish Child and Family Services will describe the planning process, including developing a letter of intent, and the steps required to ensure that your plan will be carried out.
