Loyola Grad Selected in Major League Soccer SuperDraft

Dylan Remick was chosen by the Seattle Sound in the second round of the MLS SuperDraft.

Loyola Academy alum Dylan Remick was drafted by the Seattle Sounders FC in the second round of the Major League Soccer SuperDraft, the Wilmette Beacon reported. 

During Remick’s time at Loyola, the now 21-year-old guided his squad to a Regional Championship for the first time in a decade, was two-time all state selection, three-time All-Conference player and a three-time All-Sectional selection, according to his profile on MLSSoccer.com. 

Remick told The Seattle Times that he was nervous while watching the SuperDraft and was humbled and thrilled to start his Sounder's career.
