  • Why Go?: Disco was gone, and the rock and grunge of the 90's hadn't appeared on the scene yet. We take you back to the classics of the 80's, the music that defined a generation. With musical direction by Jeffery Roscoe. As for casting, we've got a real rockin' group of singers!

  • Why Go?: Join a Wilmette Public Library librarian for an outdoor storytime when you take the Park-a-Day Challenge to play, discover new play spaces and promote children's unstructured play.  Co-sponsored by the Winnetka Park District and the Northfield Park District, in partnership with The Alliance for Early Childhood and the Glencoe, Kenilworth and Wilmette Park Districts.

  • Where: 1122 Central Ave, Wilmette
  • Why Go?: Whether on Broadway, in films or at home on our TV screens, Carol Burnett and Mary Tyler Moore kept us in stitches for 50 years! Still, life held its share of heartbreak for both stars. Join nationally recognized speaker Barry Bradford as he presents their unique and poignant life stories and of course, lots of film clips!
